Bar where teenage girls dance naked uncovered in Asaba

“Women will never have the guts to walk half naked or consider dancing naked in public or solicit for sexual business if there are no MALE patrons/customers” – TimelessTinz opinion.

Bottom of Form

A bar where teenage girls dance naked has been uncovered by a vigilante group with the operator arrested in Asaba. The bar which is situated in Asaba hosts bizarre activities, like pornographic shows, especially during the weekends.

Head of the vigilante group, Chukudi Nnamdi while confirming the arrest said the suspect has been handed over to the police.

It was learnt that the bar is usually filled to capacity during the weekend with teenage girls at night who offer sex for money, adding that the girls were said
(more after the cut)
to have come from neighboring states.

One of the girls identified as Ogechi said, “We make money every night we go there and men who visit the joint prefer sucking and caressing and at times we come home with N20,000 to N25,000 especially on short times in the chalet, we have never had police disturbances”.

A Police source from the ‘A’ Division, Asaba disclosed that the bar operator has been arrested and is currently been detained.

TimelessTinz Opinion:

No doubt, the women are available everywhere, scantily dressed, vital body parts exposed, soliciting and seeking attention for gain. No doubt, or most women, sex has shamelessly become an alternative income stream and for many others a career and only source of livelihood.

I believe that men can do better than continue to patronize and take advantage of these confused, desperate, vulnerable and hopeless women. It is our responsibility as fathers, husbands, brothers and friends to consciously restore the dignity of our women, giving hope rather than exploiting their vulnerability. Nature has assigned men leadership of our family units and communities and expects us to protect our mothers, wives, daughters and sisters from all manners of abuse. It is true that “whatever a man sows, so shall he reap” It is a law of God and a natural law of retribution. Remember that we leave our own womenfolk exposed to abuse when we abuse someone else’s mother, wife, sister and daughter.

Men, real men are expected to provide guidance and good counsel for our women who have mortgaged their moral dignity and left themselves exposed to all manners of sexual exploitation. We fail as Gods’ moral agents when we encourage profligacy as patrons. Women will not be too confident to walk half naked and solicit for sexual business if there are no patrons. Our money and resources should instead be used to guide, enlighten, and give hope to disadvantaged and desperate women. When we choose to give hope rather than encourage moral laxity in our women, we fulfill our role as leaders and Gods’ agents for moral change.
